A quick update:)

Busy. Rain. We are almost done moving. Working on the last details for the wedding and rehearsal dinner. Rain. Praying for sun next weekend. Working 8-16 everyday at the store. First guests (for the wedding) arriving tomorrow. Rain. Alexandra (my cousin) and Kjetil (her boyfriend) are visiting from stavanger for a couple of days. Going to make one of the last lists for the wedding today:) Looking forward to it all!

I`ve been busy...

Who said a new job, new house, soon to be new husband was easy? Throw in an awesome bachelorette party and and trying to juggle some time for planning a wedding that is going down in less than three weeks and you have my life right now in a nutshell. But hey...who`s complaining? I am so exited these days..so many fun things are going on:) In less than three weeks I will be Mrs. Carl-Magnus Flatner! Woooow! We will be honeymooning in the Mediterranean in 4 weeks...so much to look forward to:)

It`s been a week already since my bachelorette party but here is how it went down:

Early: Ingvild (My maid of honor), Helene (my soon to be sister-in-law) and Catharina (my cousin) kidnapped me and delivered me at Wah Wah spa in Lillestrøm:) I had the most relaxing hot stone massage.

11-ish: These wonderful girls were waiting for me when I was done being pampered:)



Breakfast/lunchtime: We all go to Anne Lene`s appartement were the whole place is decorated in pink:) Champagne and chocolate covered strawberries is definitely my kind of breakfast:)

We head into Oslo. My only hint is written on a piece of paper that says: "pussy, pussy, pussycat can you make a move that sounds like that"...we are off to a private dance lesson with Hege-Anette`s roommate, Benedicte:) We shake our booties to "Don`t cha" with the pussycat dolls:)


After working up a real sweat they took me to Hard rock cafè to cool down with a delicious strawberry daquiri:)


We strolled to the Nationaltheatre and I was lucky enough to catch a dance with THE DIVA, Wenche Foss, right outside:)




Then we went out to eat at curry and ketchup, but unfortunately I don`t have any pics from there...yummy food though... instead I have this picture (I feel it describes my relationship with Catharina...she has always wanted to ruin for me when I play:p haha)


Back at Maria`s appartement there was more pink and more champagne:)


I had a blast! I have the best friends and the best maid of honor ever:)

At last

Summer has come to Norway and I have been enjoying every moment of it (every moment I`m not stuck working at the mall:p). The truth is when Norway finally gets her taste of summer it`s really the best place in the world to be. These past days I have been greatful to my grandfather for building the pool in the yard all those years ago! Nothing is better than coming home from a hot day at work and jumping in the pool:) Luckily we aren`t moving far away:p

Now shrimp and wine awaits! Yummy!:)
